New double room and bathroom to rent in NW London. I currently have a sharing room in a brand new second floor flat in Rayners Lane (NW London). The room is currently being furnished at the moment but all furniture will be in and the room fully furnished prior to someone moving in. It has a double bed wardrobe shelves and is pretty spacious for a double room. The bathroom has an electric shower over a bath heated towel rails toilet sink and large mirror.
The living room is open plan with the kitchen which has an oven hobs microwave and plenty of storage space! There is a lovely little balcony in the corner of the living room which I will be putting a table and chairs in soon to be able to sit outside.
There is a communal garden (the flat is in a block of 8) with a covered bike storage area. The communal area has also a lift up to the flat (second floor). The flat is about 10 mins walk from Rayners Lane tube station served by the met and picadilly tube lines which are great for getting into central London.
The area is a nice residential area but as close to the tube station it's great for going out on the town! I am a 26 year old sociable girl who loves to go out on the town but loves to stay in and watch TV over a glass of wine just as much. The rent (£550 per month) includes all bills. There is unlimited parking outside the flat so is perfect if you have a car too. I am looking for a professional to rent the room either for a placement or longer term.
